be construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute
will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Terms
of Business
Prices
Prices shown on our website are inclusive
of all tax. They are the same for all people regardless of their
country of purchase. However you may be charged Import Tax and Duty
by your Government. If you require more information please contact
your local customs authority.
No contract is created until we have
accepted your order. In the event the product is listed at an incorrect
price due to a typographical error or an increase in prices that
has not been updated on this site we will not process your order
and will inform you by email the actual price of the goods. You
will then have the option to proceed at this updated price.
Delivery & Timescales

FREE delivery to mainland UK. Delivery is normally 2-4 working days via Royal Mail or courier service,
but please allow up to 28 days. If you require your order by a certain date please put a note on your order or send us an email and we will advise if it will arrive in time.
You may be charged for delivery as listed on this site.
For non-delivery a trace will will be actioned after 14 days.
Please note that we do not deliver
to PO Boxes.
Returns policy.
Please try our shoes on a carpeted surface. Please
do not walk outside or on hard surfaces. We cannot accept scuffed
or damaged items back. All returns must be received within 14 days
of despatch. (To return items we recommend using Special delivery
or recorded delivery available at the Post office, we cannot accept
responsibility for lost parcels). Provided the goods are returned
in their original condition with all packaging and accessories you
will receive a full refund (excluding the delivery charge). THIS DOES
NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. Back
Orders
All products are subject to availability.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email
and may be offered an alternative style/colour or later delivery
date.

processing practices. If you have any requests concerning your personal
information or any queries with regard to these practices please
